01 the fuse blew/broke

Inspection: unload the insurance, study whether there is a fracture, in addition, you can use the multimeter on-off file to test, if it is determined that the problem is a fuse, the most important is to analyze the main reason for the fuse, then replace the parts and start the test.

02 vibrator damage or degumming

Inspection: measure the insulation strength of the transducer with the shaking table, the insulation strength below 200mω can not be used again, to replace the transducer, the internal ceramic of the transducer is also broken due to long-term use, so that it can not work properly.

03 power tube damaged

In-depth analysis: the main board of the power tube because of long-lasting application of equipment or uninterrupted application, too little detergent application, may lead to short-circuit failure of the power tube.

Inspection: when the power is connected to the motherboard, the resistance of the pins on both sides of the power tube is measured with a multimeter, usually about 22Ω. After disassembling the power tube (disconnecting from the motherboard) , the measuring pin should be disconnected.

04 manostat damaged

In-depth analysis: the failure of the voltage regulator is usually in the power tube resistance value is small or short-circuit fault, caused by boot, its own is rarely damaged.

Inspection: according to diode characteristics, forward conduction, reverse cut-off. The forward resistance is about 70Ω, and the reverse is ∞ . If the numerical error is too large or the forward resistance is also ∞ , replace the regulator.

05 control board damage (adjustable ultrasonic cleaning machine) 

In-depth analysis: Long-term continuous operation, component aging-related, and sometimes also related to infiltration of cleaning fluid.

Inspection: disconnect the Control Board from the motherboard if the equipment is not running. Electrifying the motherboard, such as the operation of equipment, also means that the control board damaged, to replace.

06 inductance, isolation transformer damage

In-depth analysis: because the long-term operation of equipment, inductors, transformers belong to the heat dissipation components, its own temperature may be too high and melt, burn, resulting in short-circuit failure.

Inspection: inductance, transformer damage, the vast majority of cases can be seen directly to burn the signs of replacement components.
