The function of the ultrasonic generator is to convert the electricity into high frequency AC signals that match the Ultrasonic transducer and drive the Ultrasonic transducer. High-power ultrasonic power supply generally adopts the circuit form of switching power supply in terms of conversion efficiency. Ultrasonic power supply is divided into self-excited and it-excited power supply, self-excited power supply is called ultrasonic analog power supply, it-excited power supply is called ultrasonic generator.

Usage considerations

Confirm whether the power supply voltage is in line with the rated voltage, the working voltage of ultrasonic power supply is AC220V. If the input voltage is not in line with the regulation, the ultrasonic power supply can not work normally.

Pay attention to check whether the frequency of the ultrasonic power supply and the vibrator is consistent, to avoid damage to the ultrasonic power supply, vibrator or debugging abnormal situation.

No water in the sink to open the ultrasonic, to avoid damage to the ultrasonic power supply or vibrator (transducer) .

Pay attention to turn off the power switch during connecting the load to prevent electric shock.

Please place the ultrasonic power supply in a ventilated and dry place.

When installation, the ultrasonic power supply to avoid the bottom of the shelter, the back distance from the shelter should be greater than 30 cm, in order to facilitate heat dissipation.

During installation, the ground wire of the ultrasonic power supply protection must be well grounded to avoid electric shock.

Do not operate the ultrasonic power supply with wet hands to avoid electric shock.
