High-power ultrasonic generator working principle: produce more than 20KZ ultrasonic frequency electrical signal, through the transducer into high-frequency mechanical vibration and into the cleaning fluid. The ultrasonic wave in the cleaning fluid radiates closely and alternately forward, causing the liquid to flow and continuously producing tens of thonds of tiny bubbles. These bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure region where ultrasonic wave propagates in the longitudinal direction, and quickly close (extinguish) in the positive pressure region. The formation and rapid closure of this tiny bubble is called cavitation. An instantaneous high pressure of more than 1000 atmospheres is formed when a bubble closes during cavitation. Continuous instantaneous high pressure, like a series of small explosions constantly bombarded the surface of the object, so that the object and the cracks in the dirt quickly peeled off. This cavitation erosion is the basic principle of ultrasonic cleaning.
